Although a little tight to fit a Lenovo 15” Laptop, this is an overall decent bag. I used a few drops of Super Lube Dri Film on the plastic strap pivots to eliminate the squeaking when the bag is full and under heavy load.

Very durable material with good design and stitching. It will hold a lot in the exterior pouches, expanding pockets at each end and inside in the side pockets and main body. The only problem is fitting it under the seat in front of you if a larger carry on is overhead. It can be challenging to store depending on the space available - especially since the space will vary depending on the seats, the placement of electrical boxes, and varying seat designs, as well as the seat location. Window seats are best, followed by the middle seat, aisle seats are very tough.

Over all quality product. A little more room in main compartment would be nice but not a big deal.

Tons of padding on all major interior spaces. Some people mentioned not waterproof, but water does bead off of it. Also my old dell xps laptop that's 15" only fits in center portion. My alienware 15" laptop just fits in the middle compartment too. Not a big issue to me just have to keep other stuff in the laptop space. Great padded strap with grippy strips on it. There are tons of storage spaces in this thing! Concealed handgun spot is pretty neat too.

Excellent bag. It meets all my needs. The briefcase is a good size, but not too big. Well made and many compartments. I highly recommend it!

Overall a nice bag, it replaced one I've used for years that was smaller. Good material, zippers work well but not extremely heavy duty, I've learned to always be careful with zippers on bags so they should hold up, time will tell. Pockets aplenty and well laid out. Shoulder strap is very comfortable, probably the best on any bag I've had.. The four star rating is because of the price, it's fifty percent higher than others on Amazon that look comparable in size and construction.. I'm hopping the quality of construction and materials used is better..

Solid build, good amount of custom compartments including a few "hidden" ones which is a nice touch. Is able to hold a good amount when stuffed full. Hoping it stands up over time.

The First Tactical Executive Briefcase is my current go to bag. For me, it is the perfect size. I've tried backpacks, sling bags, but, somehow, always come back to using a single-strap, cross shoulder bag. My previous bag was about ehe same size the main compartment of this bag. The previous bag was great, except when I needed to carry a medium to large lunch; or pick up something on the way home. This bag handles my day-to-day needs with some space to spare. So, here are the main pros of this bag, as I see it.- Construction: is well constructed and should last for many years.- Padding: is well padded on three sides of the the main compartment. While the floor of the bag is padded, it is less so than the sides. This has the beneficial affect of allowing the bag to remain upright and structured, while packing or unpacking. It also allows the bag appear thinner when wearing, when the load is not too bulky.- Laptop Compartment: is fully padded on all three sides. Meaning the floor is considerably more padded than the main compartment. A laptop should ride about a quarter inch from the bottom, which is good.- Zippers: the zipper tracks are thin, but work well, in practice. They more smoothly and predictably; and can easily be operated with one. (This is an important point for me.)- Water bottle pockets: are nice and large. I routinely carry a 40 oz HydroFlask. It fits very nicely. The zippers come very close to the neck of the bottle. The bottle rests securely. A standard 20 oz soda bottle sinks into the pocket. The only part visible is the cap. Great!- Three drop pockets: are handy, especially for smaller items that are not in a small pack. I use these all the time. Love them.- Two front pockets: are a good size and very handy.- The document sleeve, in the main compartment, is also very useful.- The zippered pocket, on the top of the bag, is useful for carrying eye glasses.- The back zippered pocket looks useful, but I haven't put it to much use yet.- The shoulder strap is very comfortable and makes the load more bearable. Still, is is a single strap bag, so weight and distance should be considered. For me, it works great, as I routinely carry 64 oz of water. There are very few cons, and even then, it is more of nit-pick. Since the laptop pocket has a beefier bottom than the main compartment, the bag will tend to lean forward. This has not been a major issue, as long as there is some weight in the main compartment. I suspect that, if I carried a laptop on a regular basis, there would be no issue at all. One positive aspect of this "feature", is that the bag is easier to work with when resting on one's lap and facing the user.In summary, this is a great bag. It works well for me.
