Great binding with excellent reliability and easy adjustablity. Other poor ratings state that they do not come with a plate. That should be obvious. These bindings are designed for modern Fischer or Rossignol skis which come with the plate already installed. The plate is an aftermarket product. The binding itself is excellent!
