Worked well for a week then would not sync up to tablet. Trouble shooting was useless. Now I just get steps counted. Would not buy again.

This is my second versa. Love it. First one got wet and I did not follow instructions if get wet. So it started giving problems so I just bought another one. It's great for reminding me of how many steps I habe left.abd lots more. I can actually answer calls on it if I choose.

I just received the Versa 3, I had the Versa 2 but the battery kept draining to Zero after 12 hours and Fitbit wouldn't do anything for me. I will give this a try and report back in a little while.

I always get these kinds of electronics as "refurbished" bcz it makes them a greater value. Never have had issues with it, runs great, keeps a strong connection with my phone, and keeps a good charge for several days.

The watch would not charge. I tried to charge it several times. The watch looked great. I do not know if something happened during shipping or not.
