It fit fine on our 2014 300C and was easy to install. It's been on for 6 months now and doing fine. It is just a hair thinner than the old one but is holding up fine.

This shield is flimsy plastic, will have to trim left edge, and a couple holes do not line up. Thinner than OEM. Will definitely work with slight mods, but the fitment is only close not perfect.

Pulled old screws off the front to realize they didn't match the new engine shield I got. So I took a clip of the new engine shield off with me to the store to find I needed M4-0.7 screws/washers. It fit on my 2012 Chrysler 300. *fasteners/pins not included
