These were great and easy to install in a pair a boots with low arches. Make sure to clean the shoe well with alcohol if they're not new so they stick. They are comfortable for all day wear.

These seemed ok out the box. They felt nice and squishy and seemed to be sticky enough. I like the style of skate shoes but they lack support and my doctors have advised me to get arch support, I was really hopeing this was gonna be a decent cheaper option that wouldn't add the extra bulk to my shoes as they don't allow for it. But, they felt really hard for me. I know they are supposed to and it takes time to get used to them but they were just to thick for me. I guess I need to start with something thinner.I only wore them for a short time so I don't know how long the sticky would hold over time, but I do know you better make sure you have it exactly where you want it because I messed up and got one to far forward so I pulled it off and restuck it and by the time I got to my car it had shifted over. (See photo, ignore the cat hair lol) The other one seemed to hold fine but I only wore them for probably 15 minutes total of walking. So they are definitely not reusable. They are as claimed easy to remove and didn't leave a residue.I find the design a tad odd as well. Maybe I am just ignorant of how these are supposed to be but it seems weird to be the shape they are. They curve out when I feel they should curve with the shape of your shoe, and they also go up in the middle and then back down. Why? Am I supposed to stick them a little up the side or something? These may work well for people with high arches but they didn't work for me.

Poor choice of adhesive by the manufacturer. The arch supports seem to be good, but it doesn't matter if they won't even stay in place for one wearing of your shoes.

The arch supports have a sticky side that can be rinsed off and used in many types of shoes. I actually wear these in my slides and can walk so much farther than without them. They don't shift unless they've collected dust (from switching them between shoes). Because the sticky side doesn't stick to fabric, I ended up placing these under the insoles of my sneakers and that helped them stay in place in those shoes. These are the first arch supports I've been able to comfortably wear that help correct my gait and reduce hip pain (due to a nerve injury).

Didn’t quite fit in place where I was hoping on my foot. But seems like they stay in place.

I got these to try out in some dress shoes and I wasn’t a huge fan. I have plantar fasciitis and I wanted something that would be able to support my foot so I’m comfortable wearing my dress shoes for concerts and the lime. These did not really work for my feet very well. They seem pretty thin, but once they are in your shoe they feel pretty large. The material is like a clear silicone of some kind. It is flexible, but the material did not squish down for me when I was walking. It felt like I had a rock in my shoe pushing in a painful spot of my foot. The adhesive was okay, it wasn’t terribly sticky so it was easy to put in and remove from my shoes. I saved the plastic so I could stick back on to try and save and use for another shoe. It seemed to work okay. These just didn’t work for me - too hard with no squish. Perhaps that’s what you are looking for!

While these pads are not going to provide the same results as a full insole, they are perfect for a quick solution to give a little support for flats and slippers. Especially in these low profile type shoes you can’t fit a larger insole. The pads are soft and provide a decent bit of support. If you have really high arches it may not do as much, though you could always double up on the pads since it comes with 2 sets. Pretty good little pads!

They are fairly comfortable even for a high arch. Stay put when applied and I don't feel like the feet sweat more with it. It helps with shoes that lacks support for high arches.
