Works well and easy to install into brick with the right drill bit. My pole was slim so I had to cover the bottom in duct tape to get the black handle to grip but otherwise very happy.

This is now the third one I've got. It's solid, it's adjustable and it works great. I really like that I can screw it in place then adjust it's position without a hassle. Simply remove the flag pole ( which is also locked in place) adjust it and you're good to go. This is way better than the cheap 1 or 2 position mounts that are sent with most flag poles today. If you're considering buying this just add it to cart and buy it you will be happy with it and it will hold up for a long time in the elements. I bought the first one a few years ago and it's still in perfect condition

Easy to install, no assembly really, complete hardware included. Since it's only been installed a few days, I really can't give 5 stars to sturdiness. I don't know until it makes it through a couple of hard seasons, but so far it looks quite sturdy.
