When I received these I was so excited! They are very pretty! Had my daughter help me put them in because they are difficult to do yourself. I could sleep in them (which is what I was looking for) and they were comfortable for the 3 holes in each ear. After a few days my daughter noticed one of them had come loose and fallen out. So I made sure the rest were tight each morning. A week and a half later 3 have fallen out. They will not stay no matter how much I tighten them.
