We normally use the high end brand name 8 month collar, but decided to try this last year because of the price AND the ingredients (based on my research - please do your own) was a better fit for our dog. While it didn't last as long as the high end brand, the price (even if I had to purchase twice) was worth it and we had no issues with fleas/ticks and in our area, it's the ticks that are the worst. Buying again this year.

I use the Provecta for my cats and it's done s great job. I'm trying the flea collar on my dog, it's working so far. The test now is if it really last as long as they claim, that's where I only gave it 4 stars until I see if it last

This collar is a great option if you struggle to remember a monthly application. So far it’s worked well against fleas which are really bad in my area. I’m hopeful that the product stands up to ticks and mosquitoes just as well…
