Easy installation. The timer is nice and quiet now. Easy to install - 2 screws and 2 wire connections. Fit perfectly.

J'ai commandé un nouveau moteur car le mien étais bruyant, finalement celui reçu ne fonctionne pas.

Was a perfect fit but the 2 screws were too small of a thread. I just used the original screws from the old motor and wired it up. Worked great.

The product is a direct replacement, but it was delivered late and my softener developed a leak and so a plumber was necessary. I did not use the product and had to return it

Excellent product…was an exact replacement for the motor on my ~20 yr old water softener. Fast delivery and excellent price point.

Item shipped and arrived quickly. Unfortunately, it didn't work when it arrived. I had to reschedule my installation, drop off the defective item at UPS Store for return, and wait for a replacement. It makes me wonder how much $$$, packaging material and CO2 emissions will be spent shipping this small, cheap, broken motor around the world. Am I the only one who is nostalgic for a time when you could go down to the neighborhood hardware store to buy locally-made stuff that actually worked.
