Adam arrived with packaging intact. Didn't notice that there was an electrolyte leak when I opened as the solution was black. The solution caused chemical burns to my left hand. Attempted to return the item for replacement but since it cannot be shipped back due to fire hazard from the electrolyte leak, I was left without recourse. No response from seller. Would not deal with again.Attempting to contact Flex regarding the issue now.
