Top was completely dry had to pull that off but under it was good. Applied great and is holding up still

I purchased this in Jan 2022. I had never opened or used it and went to use it today Dec 2023. I realise it is nearly two years later however I had never so much as even opened the lid. When I opened it the product had set within the tub. The foil liner inside apparently does nothing. I also had this stored inside a sealed plastic crate inside my garage so the sun had not been hitting it. So I paid 103 Australian dollars for a lump of unusuable rubber.

It does what it says. Highly recommend. Bought a 10-foot pool for my grandkid there were leaks everywhere. Flex Seal fixed most of the leaks I was able to get to. The rest next year.

Unfortunately, I love the product itself. A little messy, but it works as advertised. The reason for the low rating, the product had solidified inside the bucket upon arrival. I had never used this product before and wasn't sure if they purposely maintained a "film" over the top to avoid the entire product from being exposed to air. After applying half of the 3lb bucket, I realized the "film" actually was unusable product. I probably was able to use only 75% of the product.

i have a wall that had 2" cracks in some places & within 15 minutes i had the cracks filled & smooth. by the next day the area was firm & by the second day it was hard. it has been a couple of weeks now & you would never know where the cracks were.

I sealed up a 2016 Freightliner Cascadia. The truck was leaking between cab and roof. It's a on going problem with this cheaply built truck. Sealed it up good. Taped the seam up put sealer in seam pulled tape after set for 1hour.

Stuff works great but price is high. I don't mind but customers think it is crazy. They talk about home Depot stuff. Obviously not as good but much cheaper. Lots of people only see price.

The two thirds still paste seemed fine, but it has not rained yet and I am not certain it will prevent water leaks into my garage. The one third that was dried out was completely useless, impossible to use, and a waste of money.

I have used a lot of sealers, caulking and adhesives, but nothing that works as well as this stuff. It turns into a durable rubber when dried, that sticks to whatever it’s applied to. Great quality sealer.
