I just set up a BIG terrarium for my Cope's Gray Treefrogs. To give you perspective, here are the measurements of my terrarium:36" tall x 24" wide x 18" deep.I have used real wood branches of different types, from different vendors. EVERY SINGLE type of wood I have tried grew mold.I have also tried the "vines" made of real moss. Well, first of all they stunk. They had a VERY strong smell. They smelled like my vegetable garden in a concentrated odor. I like how my garden smells. I don't want my living room smelling like that. And these vines MOLDED as well.I guess it's the nature of a humid terrarium. I do have an automatic misting system.SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...I bough these artificial vines / branches and I am so glad that I did. They have not grown any mold or mildew. None. They don't have ANY smell at all. Not even a plastic type of smell. They look GREAT too! Looks at how nice they look in my terrarium. What I did was to buy two of these vines, two similar looking but different looking vines, and two strong plain brown vines. I twisted all three together as you can see in the pics. I did it for strength. They ended up looking great too!Tree frogs are little acrobats, and I wanted stability, so I made sure to wrap almost all of the smallest branches tightly around the big vines. For aesthetics I kept a few smaller branches, and I kept them kind of under the larger branches. This way the frogs wont feel the need to use the tiny super flexible branches.I can tell you that we LOVE the look of the terrarium. The frogs seem to really like them.

These look great in my rainforest setup for my veiled chameleon. She is still young so her feet have not widened enough for her to move quickly on the vines. She does like basking on it, plus when she gets bigger, I expect her to use them more. The light green vines look sharp against darker plants giving it a realistic look. The best part is that these vines have nothing that the chameleon could pull off to swallow and get impacted.

It’s not bad it looks really nice in my geckos tank but the only complaint I have which is not too much of a complaint is that I wish it was a bit sturdier. I have a larger lizard and it’s hard to find vines for her to climb on because she weighs almost 200g

I bought this vine to help enhance the natural appearance of my snake's enclosure and to give her a place to climb for enrichment. I am pleased with the size (though as she grows she may get too heavy for it). It is a little bright green in color (not completely natural looking). The "foam" likely provides good grip for clawed reptiles but I'm not sure how well a snake can grip it. I'm also worried it may rip or get worn down over time with cleaning. However, I think it will make a great addition to her enclosure and I like that I can control what shape it is, which allows a lot of creativity with terrarium set-ups.

I like this product. Chameleons need sturdy branches or climbing vines so they don’t slip off an hurt themselves. My chameleon does very well on this and is able to grip it very good.

I bought this vine for $17 and another one which looked similar for $10. I like the $10 one better. This one is large, but very difficult to maneuver when placed inside an enclosure. I use it to spread out in a large chameleon enclosure and I had a very difficult time getting it to bend how I needed it to. It is also a neon green color, which doesn’t blend very nice with natural green live plants.

This is the perfect product for chameleons! It’s good sized and splits apart so you have 2 climbing branches. It’s well made and my chameleon climbed right on it after I put it in the cage. I would definitely recommend.
