At first I was skeptical on ordering since my code didn't match but I think it doesn't matter as long as the design is the same. I added pictures for everyone to see. After installing it and cleaning the rubber pads, all the problems I had went away. The original flex cable I'm not sure how or what caused the pads began to deteriorate but if you've cleaned out the rubber membranes and are still having trouble this might be your issue. Definitely order these if you have controller motherboard BD-010 highly recommend 👌 👍 The bottom flex is my original just for reference.
