Food drying is a way to preserve fruit, vegetables, and animal proteins after harvest, which has been practiced since antiquity. Food Dehydrators use non stick sheets to prevent foods such as sugary fruits from sticking during the drying process. Our Fruit Roll Up Sheets are made of flexible plastic, so they can be curled and foods simply peeled off. The sheets are also useful for preventing small food items such as herbs and spices from falling through the dehydrators' trays.
- The Solid Sheets make fruit rolls easy and simple to make. Simply pour liquefied fruit on the sheet, set it, and forget it. Our sheets can hold up to a cup and a half of liquid or puree. When your liquid has dried, easily remove it with our malleable plastic design. Make perfectly healthy snacks without preservatives right in your home!
- Use Mesh Screens to prevent foods such as sugary fruits from sticking during the drying process. Our Non stick mesh screens are made of flexible plastic, so they can be curled and foods simply peeled off. The screens are also useful for preventing small food items such as herbs and spices from falling through the dehydrators' trays. You can also make high quality jerky snacks from meat, poultry and seafood.

There is a lot of product material still in the holes. It seems to only be near the solid circles but it would restrict a lot of air movement. I need to find something to remove that.

I did not have the opportunity to order the appropriate size mesh liner for my older dehydrator. What I ended up buying was smaller than the tray but sort of works.. regardless, I needed to use the mesh. I am not going to upgrade as my dehydrator is working fine so will adjust the way I dry certain food items.
