Worked fine strong case but the little connectors are so fragile that they fell of after I fell once going 10mph the Hal Connectors fell out the ADC connectors fell out. I am slightly handicapped and when I asked for help they told me that I needed to reslder to the board I explained to them I cant do it with that much precision and they told me to get a professional . But this thing is made for skate boards if you do not put hot glue and secure the connectors your self anticipate they will fall out from everyday skateboard use. I unfortunately have a difficult size bike and this fits in the battery compartment and stays nice and neat but needs to be protected. With that being said for the money its a good start into the VESC understanding and custimation. FXCK the Customer Service but product works just don't expect it to last long without personal reinforcement. The one thing I did like is that the wiring from the unit for the phase and battery is nice and thick.....and you do not need to worry about matching phase wires , there all black, just hook it up and it does the work. CS ruined this as a good buy for me
