This automatic water level control float valve is the replacement of the traditional float ballcock, which can be applied to various systems of water tanks, water towers, swimming pools, etc.
The cistern float valve has a curved water outlet; When in use, it can ensure that the water outlet flows vertically downward into the water tank; When the water tank does not have a top cover, it can minimize the waste of water. When the water surface reaches the bottom of the water float valve, the water valve automatically closes the inlet water to control the water level. When the water surface reaches the bottom of the water float valve, the water valve automatically closes the inlet water to control the water level.

1. When installing, please ensure that the valve body is installed vertically and the water outlet is vertical, please wash away the impurities in the tube before use.
2. The inlet water must be clean, otherwise the valve cannot be closed.

I bought this float valve to make a 5 gallon auto-waterer for my chickens. It basically consists of a 5 gallon gallon bucket, poultry drinker cups and this little guy. It does all the hard work behind the scenes keeping the bucket full. It sits on the inside of the bucket protected from both fowl and elements and just works.

I have a couple of 1250 gallon tanks that are filled from a well before being used for my house. Have had issues with tiny rocks clogging my internal float filter. This has been working much better.

Considering the low cost of the item this is working great as a float system for my pool to ensure maintaining proper water level. This completely beats the water levelers, that generally cost approx $100.00 that attach to a garden hose and hang over the side. This assumes you have a pvc line installed from a water source to the pool which I have. It has been in operation for 1 month at the time of this review.Not sure of the durability but time will tell. Even if it only lasts one season, given the cost, it is a deal compared to other options. I will just replace this with another one if it happens to go bad.

I was getting tired checking water level and same time I did not spend $90 for pool sentry. And I did not like pool sentry has to connected water hose across my back yard to pool. This is perfect solution for me! Thank you. It works great and perfect height!!!
