Very heavy, happy with the rigidity and easy enough to install!

These heavy-duty floating shelf brackets are incredibly sturdy and provide excellent support for my countertops and cabinets. The 3/8" thickness gives me peace of mind, knowing they can handle even the heaviest loads. The 3-pack offers great value, and installation was a breeze—highly recommended for any DIY project!

I needed these from some countertop support and they did the job well. You are getting quality steel. I would say they are overkill for floating shelves unless you will be putting dished or other heavy items on the shelf or there is a long span between supports so you want something beefier just in case.Install is simple and the instructions are clear and have pictures to walk you through the methods. It would be hard to mess up with these.Until We Meet Again-Off the Grid Ken

I love using these during framing and then hiding everything later with finish work. These work nicely.

I've used similar in the past for desks and workbenches. These are very heavy duty and should be more than enough for shelving. I'll be using them in my detached garage for shelving over my work bench. Overkill for most shelving needs, but exactly the right thing for a shop where you have heavy items that will live on the shelf. No chance of sagging here.

These are 3/8 inch thick and weigh over 6 lbs each, so the wall stud will break before these brackets do. The welds are solid and the black coating stands up to being scratched. These really are best installed before the drywall goes up because you have to cut out large sections to be able to screw these into the studs. I got these because we are starting to put up walls in our basement - unfortunately, I saw them after we did the main TV room, but we still have a bathroom and bar to build, so I see these working really well for a floating counter top. They are overkill for shelving. At just over $20 each, they're a great solution if you don't want to install full cabinets.
