Installed on a 22 Ram 1500. It’s the perfect volume. Can really hear it unless you’re speeding up, otherwise it’s just regular background noise. Great tone, fairly deep. Cold starts are a little on the noisy side but so was the stock muffler really. Second 40 series I’ve bought and would buy another one again without giving it a second thought

3rd one I've had on different gm trucks. Very happy with the sounds. Last about 2 1/2 to 3 years before they rot out, about average for any replacement muffler

Really great product, not too loud to make the neighbors and parents angry but loud enough when you floor it you hear it. Fits my 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 Mega Cab perfect.

Muffler totally did not match my factory muffler, but with extra pipe I made it work, also no hangers on the muffler, I had to cut them off my factory one and weld them onto this one

Flowmaster always has affordable mufflers. This one sounds amazing as well. I bought another replacement for my truck, the only one I use. I will buy again.

I've had this on my 91 Jimmy for about a year now. I will be replacing it as its just too loud. At first I liked the sound and when I get on the throttle it does sound awesome, but when i'm cruising down the road the drone of it and just loudness has gotten old. I would only buy this if your 100% sure you want loud and loud all the time. If you want an idea of what it will sound like, cut your existing muffler off and drive around for a bit. Thats pretty much what this one will sound like.

Love the way this made my exhaust sound. I decided to leave the resignator on, and even with that it still has a loud reving sound, but when its below 2 RPM its not loud at makes for good driving all around

I bought this because I cant right now afford to put duals on my truck. Let me tell you this muffler is great. It really is not that loud when just idling which is why I knocked off a star also it is starting to slightly rust on the outside not too bad though yet ive only had it on for two months so I will follow up. When you step on the Gas you can really hear it and that is what makes it so great. People know you are there and to get out of you're way. Really makes a nice addition to the truck. Might be putting some duals on though soon to make the rumble louder!
