The inside diameter of the smaller O-Rings needs to be much smaller. They are too big and keep spitting out over the head of the mounting screws for the breather. The larger O-Rings seem good so far, time will tell. I would recommend Factory Motorcraft O-Rings, or something like the Dieselorings.com 7.3 Crankcase breather O-Ring Kit. I was in a bind and had to use these. Ended up using an O-Ring out of an assorted kit I had laying around to replace the small ones to get by.

The crankcase vent was leaking on my 7.3 so while the motor was apart I put these o rings in and cleaned everything up, seems to hold up fine.

I think these fit, but my package was missing a small O-ring. The 7.3 requires 2 small o-rings for the screws holding the vent onto the valve cover. I only recieved one. It came in a clear bag, and as soon as I saw it I was let down.
