Scroll Reverse blades have a few reversed teeth at the bottom of the blade to eliminate most of the splintering on the bottom of the wood. Flying Dutchman scroll saw blades are 5" long and are pinless. They are all milled blades, which makes for a sharper cutting edge. Flying Dutchman blades are manufactured in Germany with top-grade, high-quality hardened steel.

Get fine, coarse, and round. You are all set. Although they are shipped oiled touching them your fingers are acid and promote rust. The tiniest smidgen of rust will kill a blade, so I add a drop of oil to each bundle. No more premature breakage.

I like these blades. They cut well, don't dull quickly, and rarely snap. Lasting me quite a while. I also like that this has a number of different sizes, letting me experiment a bit.

I heard about these and wanted to try them. I must say that I am very pleased with the product. Minimal sanding and extremely clean cutting. The only problem is that I had a hard time distinguishing the top and bottom of the blades
