This is a great treadmill mat that has nice thickness to it and a surface that is grippy so no slippage when sweat hits it. I also like the foldable design because I can size it to what I need it for without having excess that can cause a tripping issue. It has compressed lines between each square where one can easily remove a section of squares if needing to shorten it. Just cut on the dotted line. It is quite long for my walking pad so I trimmed off the excess pad. Works well on carpet.

Great for helping dampen the noise of my walking pad (I'm on a third floor apartment). Easy to fold and store, only had a slight smell out of the package.

I have several small machines like a stepper and a twist stepper that I put on this mat to protect the carpet.I like that it folds so you can adjust the length or fold for easy and compact storage.It's thick and durable.I like that it has a non-slip bottom which I tried both on the carpet and kitchen floor (twisting around on it with my feet and dancing lol).Overall, I think this is a good item perfect not just to put an exercise treadmill on.

I use this for an exercise bike instead of a treadmill. The bike requires less room than a treadmill. I like that I can fold over the first row of squares to shorten the mat with no affect on the bike. I also like that it folds up into a compact size with the dimensions of one square by a few inches thick. This allows for storage in a small place like under a bed or even on a bookshelf.

This is a great quality mat and perfect for the purpose of having under my trainer. It catches any debris that falls, and keeps the bike and stand in place. Highly recommend!
