That was my bad... I had it on upside down first time. I have used it again. There is a felt-like thin sole. I still think it is barely for a size 10 foot, really more like 9.

I recievied this strap used it twice and the straps broke away contacted the seller they wouldn’t refund or replace it because I used it it’s not made very strong for the use that it’s intended for needless to say money wasted will not buy again.

My only complaint is having to hold or pull the thing. Tying it to something very strong, and laying down and then just shuffling forward or back and letting my leg rest I think works better than holding it with my hands. Affordable and simple to use too.

I think this is a great therapeutic tool for people who have knee problems like myself. Once I figured out how to use this which took me a while, and once I get it on my feet which I am improving on it is a great stretching tool. It has helped my knees greatly. This is the second product I have bought. I think the first one was by a different producer, but essentially the same thing. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because it is a bit thinner material than the first one I bought. But that is basically insignificant. I live the fact that I can lay in bed watching YouTube and stretching my legs. Overall for the price and the benefit this is a product, I highly recommend

I recently took up running again and my v calves have been SUPER tight, this thing worked so good, I immediately bought another one.Just lay on the couch and watch movies, stretching my calves and hamstrings out.It is kind of a pain to Velcro yourself in, which is why I opted to buy another one… once I’m all strapped in, I can just lay back and take my time stretching… the loops are nice, but other reviews have said the stitching pops, didn’t happen to me, but instead of the loops, I have just been wrapping my hand around the nylon strap and pulling that way…It really is nice having two, since I can let one leg rest and immediately grab the other strap and start stretching without having to undo straps and then strap my other leg in again

This stretching device is amazing! I have some nerve damage in my feet due to scar tissue on my spine…it is great right out of the package. I’ll reorder another one for both feet so I won’t have to switch it while exercising. The bonus ball makes your feet feel good too. And what a great price!! I’m already recommending this to my friends with foot and leg problems. Thank you for this wonderful device!

I was too fat for the velcro strap to go around my ankle. :( The product itself is otherwise fine, and probably would have worked if I could have just closed the velcro around my leg. Unless you are a particularly slim person, I recommended measuring your foot and ankle diameter before ordering.
