I have quite a few cordless tools, and I want to convert everything to use standard DeWalt batteries, so I thought I would give this a try. Excellent choice. This adapter is well made out of good quality materials. Fit and finish are good. Connects perfectly with standard DeWalt batteries and Milwaukee-type cordless tools. Works very well. Makes it much more convenient to only have one type of battery. Highly recommend. 5 stars.

Yes, this does work. A bit tight at moments, but it does work. Always a nice thing to have an adapter like this particularly if others are joining you for projects and use DeWalt when you use Milwaukee. Frankly, I'd love it if manufacturers would knock of this proprietary stupidity and use the same voltage and types. But whereas Apple and others are finally coming to an agreement, tool manufacturers continue to be obstinate and expect loyalty from their customers when none is given to the customer.This adapter allows for easy swapping to a different type of battery. Inexpensive and it works.

This adapter works great with our DeWalt Batteries. Rather than having to go out and buy a whole new set of batteries for our newly acquired Milwaukee equipment, with this adapter we are simply using our existing sets of 20 volt DeWalt Batteries. Having these in our workshop is a huge money saver - we can use our existing stock of batteries rather than having to make whole new investments in another brand of battery!

On the job site we use Milwaukee as well as DeWalt in addition to a few other brand power tools. Oftentimes it's difficult to keep all of the batteries charged up so that we could use it on the demand. For those times this adapter is perfect. It allows you to cross between the different brand products and ecosystems and use various power tools with various batteries.It doesn't allow you to charge the off-brand batteries using this but you can definitely use it to power your power tools.It's a must-have for everybody who has multiple tools from different brands and different batteries.
