The touch screen senses about one in every 10 button presses. 100% useless. Unfortunately I sat on it for 3 months before installing it, so I can't return it.

Well it is functional and seems to fit nicely. But I would probably look for a different brand if I were to do it again - here's why...1. No instructions, it says to watch the video but there is no video, I had to find my own on Youtube. It would not kill them to provide a link and save us time.2. In the picture you can see a several inch long plastic circuit that juts out from the side by the wires along the right side. This was not on the original screen, and it needs to be folded in when installing. It does not want to be folded and applies pressure that is pushing the screen away from the body and the adhesive is not strong enough to hold it in place.3. The adhesive is double sided tape that is not up to the task. Despite heating it to activate it and then clamping it overnight, the new screen is already separating from the body along the right side because of the issue in #2. The home button is held in place with this adhesive and has also detached already. I watched a video where they put extra adhesive on the home button and I'll be taking mine apart again to do that, and add better adhesive all along the edges.If they had provided some instructions on how to address these issues, it would probably be fine, but there are probably better options out there even if they cost a few bucks more.

Five stars! It was so easy and fun! I was overall not that excited to be doing this on my own.. But when It came, I got the hang of it! So, useful! Though, It didn't come with any instructions? I recommend searching for instructions. It didn't come with them though..?

I dropped my iPad on its corner and replaced the cracked screen with this digitizer. Worked great after watching several videos. Not a hard job except for the micro tiny screws holding the lcd plate!
