This did exactly what I wanted it to do for ten bucks. I was disappointed at at how much money the officail Starlink pole adapter was, so I waited for the cheap knock-offs to arrive so that I could put my Gen 3 up on an old DirectTV roof mount pole. The Internal Diameter of this part and the ID of the old pole are nearly the same, so you can't just slip the part onto the top of the pole, which was too bad. But I used a piece of 1-1/2" ABS pipe that I slotted lengthwise so that I could squeeze it into the top end of the old pole and into the bottom of this mount, tightened the screws down, adjusted the aim of the dish and I was all set. I did add a screw thru the pole into plastic pipe sleeve so that it couldn't rotate on its own or pull out, just for wind resistance.

It works good but doesn’t hold the angle Starlink recommends but it doesn’t affect the operation.

It works well and fits well to dish base. The pole attachment is for a larger diameter pole than standard Starlink pole but screws provided are able to tighten on any size pole that will fit into socket of the base.

Fits large portable gen 2 Starlink unit perfectly. Use with an adjustable base with both magnetic and suction cup attachments. Perfect fit, works great for our RV.

I was able to quickly mount my Starlink on my roof on an existing pole with this. It was great and I loved how adjustable it was for different pole sizes.
