Purchased for a '16 TTR 230. Stock pipe slide settings, and air box. Starts much easier, eliminated the lean deccel popping, and pulls through the whole rpm range.

I was always frustrated that my TTR230 was a little hard to start from cold, even on warm days. This fixed it perfect. One blip of the starter and it comes to life easily!

Installed , backed out fuel mixture one turn , opened up air box , see pic , installed a new pipe. Easy start , absolutely wish I had done this 10 years ago.

Bike wasn't idling well, it was bogging when accelerating and then backfiring upon deceleration. A lean condition is apparently pretty common for these bikes from the factory. These two little jets solved the problem. Bike runs great now!
