My local dealer wanted $19 for this pin. I found them on Amazon for $10.50 with free shipping. Exactly what I needed for half the cost.

I list one of these years ago and have just not wanted to stop in at a dealership to order another. A little expensive for what it is, I think I payed about $10, but it saved me a trip.

If you lost the little plastic nub piece that holds the string, save yourself the headache and just order this part.It only comes one to a pack so if you lost both, you're gonna need to order 2.

This is the OEM part, so if your original is lost, it's a good choice. The price seem ridiculous for what costs probably 10 cents to make, but it's cheaper than Ford's list price so what can you do.
