The tabs were broken off my old one (after removing it to take the door panel off). I couldn't find a replacement part locally. Found this one - I don't know if it's the actual OEM Ford part or not, but it looks like it and fits perfectly, so I'm happy.

Installation was fairly straight forward. After removing the electrical connector for the joystick-style mirror controller, the new part was installed easily.

Over time, the rubber bushing they put on these will counter act the plastic underneath the metal clip and will eat and melt the plastic. I have contacted Ford about this, but I doubt I will ever hear anything back. This product was for my wife's 2011 Focus since I had to pull the door panels off to replace the speakers. Upon pulling the originals off the connectors were already broken, and I bought the car brand new. So I ordered both sides and they fit nicely. My only concern is how long the plastic will last with the same rubber bushings that they include on this product.Update 02/02/2022: Well, that didn't last long. The rubber ate right through the plastic. When I get the new one I will not put any of the rubber bushings on it. DO NOT PUT THE RUBBER BUSHINGS ON THIS PRODUCT OR IT WILL EAT THROUGH THE TABS ON THE INSIDE! The first 2 pics I added show how the rubber on the brand new part has already started interacting with the plastic and eating right through it. The other 2 show the clips still stuck in the door and you can see how the stand offs that the clips attach to are melted right through. The replacement was not even 3.5 years ago. I replaced them back in October of 2018. Ford will not listen to me either about this.

If this isn't a Ford Factory part I would be surprised. Seems very legit. Fit perfectly and installed in minutes.was in a Ford OEM back and was packed very well. Local dealer wanted $40+ for this part.
