If you ever plan to take apart your front forks for maintenance or swapping out springs to lower your bike. These are a must have. Didn't have any kind of shock compressor to squeeze them together. My brother held the inner tube. With a half inch impact and this socket. Going very slow. I used the weight of my belly pushing down while my brother pushed up. I was able to installed the top bolt in under a minute. I doubt I could of pulled this off with a Cresent wrench even with my brothers help.
