This fits an F-150 and was easy to install. Very durable material. Works great to keep our dog from jumping up on the middle console. The zippered opening is great to give treats through. Very, very happy with this purchase.

A solid metal bar or insert across the top would have made this perfect. Used on a 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 crew cab. Fit well except was a little low at the top. We traveled 10 hrs with 3 cats. This one was the best option because of the zippered window so I could access the animals. Only my big boy climbed it- right over the top. He figured it out within the first hour of the trip. The other 2 didn’t care and didn’t try. I soon learned that if he sat at the mesh, I could unzip the window and he would crawl up and into my lap for a few moments, then would hop back into the backseat on his own. He was bored but was a good rider. If he wasn’t so well behaved then the height would have been a problem. It is worth getting the zipper access to the back though. The mesh is about same quality as the pet screen for screen porches- very durable.

Works amazingly to keep my dogs in the back of the car. Even with other products (smaller products), my dogs were routinely stepping onto the center console while I was driving, which is dangerous and annoying. This product really works. There's no way for them to get up on the center console now.Visibility: The barrier works by being a large mesh barrier to the dogs, which means it'll be visible in your rear view mirror. It can be harder to see out the rear view mirror because of this but it is not that much of an obstruction as shown in the product pictures.Attaching the item: You attach the barrier in the car with bungee rope to hold it in place. You'll need tie down spots, such as an area below the back of the front seat, and the enter/exit handles (see product pictures for an example).All-in-all, this is a nice product that does what it says it will. Just make sure you have spots where the barrier can attach and are okay with their being some less visibility out of your rear view mirror.

Absolutely useless. Our Cairn Terrier could get around it, under AND over it with ease. Complete waste of money. Unfortunately, we were on the road and into the 7 week trip by the time we discovered how useless this item was and by then it was taking up valuable space. Gave it away rather than have it continue to take up valuable space. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

Purchased for a sedan, works ok, enough to do what I wanted it to, the material is sturdy and less likely to rip and tear like others I've used.

I have a 2011 Toyota Tundra Double Cab. I ordered this knowing that it wasn't going to be perfect. And, to their credit, this is an excellent product if you have dogs Pros:--Easy set up. You literally slide two rods in the sides like tent poles, and bungee it to your car/truck. If you're not 6'3" and 300lbs like me, you can get it done in less than 2 minutes.--The zippered door is of good quality, and is a great touch.--The mesh material seems tough, and it doesn't obscure your view too bad when using the rear view mirror.--The grommets are heavy-duty, and the bungees seem to be too.Cons:--No top-side support. It would be nice if there was a rod to give the top some rigidity. It sags a bit if the bungees shift.--It's just a little too small. I know, I said that I knew it wouldn't be perfect, but I feel they could have given it a little more surface area, and maybe a few extra grommets towards the edges, and a couple of extra sleeves for the rods. This would make it a little more versatile. Who cares if there's a little bit of over-hang on all 4 sides? It's going to be serving it's purpose, and it's going to cover the entire opening between rows. I have an idea to re-purpose an old tent pole and get someone to sew on a couple of pole pockets for me so I can fill in the extra headroom and give the top some rigidity.I gave this product 4/5 stars because I knew what I was ordering, and it's great for the price. Just consider your dog's mannerisms before ordering this product.
