The FORMUFIT 1/2" 3-Way Furniture Grade PVC Elbow is a PVC fitting that lets you to easily connect 3 pieces of 1/2 inch Schedule 40 PVC pipes at 3 different planes to create corner joints. This fitting is made of Furniture Grade PVC, which makes it suitable for indoor, outdoor, and total weather exposure applications. The engineered resins used to create this fitting are impact and UV-resistant, so they will not change color, fade, or become brittle with long-term exposure to sunlight.

FORMUFIT 1/2" 3-Way PVC Elbow Corner Furniture Grade PVC Fittings fit over the end of standard 1/2" Size Schedule 40 plumbing-grade or Furniture Grade PVC pipe, which has an outside diameter of 0.840" or 13/16":
- Connects up to three (3) segments of 1/2" PVC pipe in a corner configuration.
- Pipe inserts inside of the fitting.
- Fits standard 1/2" Schedule 40 PVC pipe available from your home center or hardware store.
- Not compatible with CTS or CPVC style pipe, EMT conduit, or wooden dowels.

Used to build a frame for maxx haul cargo carrier. A lot of negative reviews appear to be because people are using the wrong type pipe for these fittings. They are for schedule 40 pvc not cpvc that I see in review pictures.

I was somewhat concerned about the connectors fitting properly, but I took one connector to the store and it fitted perfectly on half inch pipe. My lettuce plants are happy to have some shade now. The hardest part was cutting the pipe. A hacksaw works but it's hard to cut a good even end. A file or sandpaper block removes the burrs. A pipe cutter also works, does a good square end and doesn't need deburring.

I’ve built quite a few things with these fittings. They are very well made and fit tightly with 1/2” PVC pipe. I’ve seen other brands which are cheaper but also thinner and basically, wimpy. I recommend these Formufit furniture connectors.

Got exactly what I asked for. No more, no less. Perfectly angled three way elbow joint for my DIY projects I like doing with PVC pipes. 4 stars instead of 5 because of the price.FYI: Gets imported from USA. Luckily no duty was charged.

We need these to make a drying rack for the RV. The hardware store didn't sell this type of elbow. The drying rack is 40 inches tall and 40 inches long for I needed to be able to hang my swimming towels without them touching the ground. We used 1/2 inch PVC pipe (four 40 inch ones and two 20 inch ones) .The width of the drying rack is 20 inches . Across the width we used paracord...,https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ACL4BUC/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 threading it thru 8 holes thus creating 8 drying lines that are 40 inches wide. The drying rack is very sturdy for it sits as a rectangle, ie it doesn't fall over in the breeze. There is no drying rack that I could find that was sturdy and I could move from shade to sun. Will attach a picture later.

We used these with some PVC pipe from the hardware store to build a netted box to protect the strawberries in our raised beds from the birds. We just connected several pipes together in an elongated cube shape then wrapped all but one side with bird netting and voila, no more birds eating our strawberries!The joints fit very neatly with the pipe and did not need any adhesive. Adhesive will be needed though if you are pressurizing the lines.I'm also considering using these to build a sort of modular water-playground for the kids where they can build their own miniature water park connected to the hose.Update: We've been using these for about a year now and they're still working great. We found that with regular use it was worthwhile to use some glue to fasten the joints properly. Since we weren't pressurizing water in the pipes, I did a really quick glue-job that took 2 minutes and now the joints hold everything together really well.
