Got this vise for $30 on sale and at that price it is a great value. The components are heavy duty and well made and for my use, should last a lifetime. Mounted to a wood base for portability.

This is a smaller vice than I usually buy for machine work, but it seems capable enough for a home workshop. It has a wide opening under the jaws to allow clearance. Also it rotates smoothly and easily; all the milling and machining is well done. They included the bolts and washers to mount it. I only wish it had an alignment groove in the jaws to clamp the workpieces vertically, but that's a minor point

Vise was encased in Styrofoam and boxed, no damage on delivery. I share this, because so many vise reviews I've seen claim damage on arrival and this is the first I've ever ordered. Fit and finish is above the price point in my opinion, and I hope to see years of service out of this one. Currently own a 60+ year old Columbian 504 from my grandfather and a D43, plus two other foreign made vises that have surprised me with their durability.

It’s a great sized vise for a tool box or mobile work bench, the fit and finish seems good, it was packaged well, it operates smoothly and the jaws open up much larger then I would have expected for the 4” vise

Mounted on my propane truck, good investment as it's not easy building sediment traps ECT, would recommend for a light duty vise.

I mounted the vise on a portable welding table I made. Perfect size for that application, secure the piece in the vise and ground it to the base or handle, very simple.

Good quality. Seems pretty robust, like it will last. Jaws open and close smoothly and evenly. Base rotates 120 degrees. Even comes with 5/16" mounting bolts, washers and nuts for installation. 5" is big enough for my needs in my garage shop.Recently installed so I haven't used it much, but it certainly seems capable and robust enough for my needs. Great deal so price was right. Good value, I believe.
