Really like this ball return. I’ve used it for the last month and it does exactly what I wanted it to do. Redirects made shots right back to the shooter. Sturdy and is good quality. Would recommend

Rim connection did not come with the screws/tie's to keep it connected.

One of the 3 straps that attach the unit to the rim snapped 2 days after installation. A shot hit the clip (which hangs from the rim) and the clip snapped in half. I immediately contacted the seller to let them know what happened and to request replacement strap(s). The company was very quick to respond to me and worked quickly to fix the situation. I am extremely pleased with their customer service.

Cheap, not worth the money, falls apart easy. Maybe if you glued it after putting together. But it doesn't return ball vary well either. I think a net is a much better option.
