I purchased this product when my original X-box cable became frayed (but still worked!) after almost ten years of continuous use. My hope was that these dongles would be reliable, and they were... until they failed. The first dongle broke (internally, no visible stress) after only a few weeks of use, with the second one just around the one-year mark. I haven't been in-tournament when either failed, but it would be a tragedy to have them do so.I'm okay with giving these dongles another shot because they're fairly cheap, but have been disappointed with their lifespan.

The product works great and functioned as advertised. The two for one price is also great. We have not experienced any negative issues. I would encourage a purchase of this dongle if you need a replacement. 5 stars.

Just what the doctor ordered. I bought a controller at Goodwill - for $1.50 and needed this to use it. The controller works great and now I have a spare. It's great when it works out like this simple fix did.

The work great for any controller that requires a breakaway USB. Just be aware that they are NOT black in color. They are a dark gray. I purchased these to match a controller that has a black cable. These weren't even close. I kept them because they work fine and I have plenty of other controllers that they match.

they came earlier than expected and i tested both connectors since some said one of them doesn't work sometimes, both of them checked out just great but one had the slightest bend in the usb part of it that i was able to straighten it out with my fingernail. now the ones i got were more of a gray color than black for my afterglow controller but i mean come on it's not supposed to look pretty. for the price they both met my expectations and exceeded them with the extra one they threw in (being a 2 pack) definitely beats dishing out another $40 for a controller and i'll most likely order more if i ever accidentally step on my connector again.
