Love it, I live in a short but spacious basement, and I have really big umbrella lights 😅 this was perfect. Although I didn’t have many screws that kept this item up had to use some bolts or fasteners so my tiny screws can hold it up.

Just what I was looking for. I needed a simple and strong mount to mount on the ceiling my studio lights and boom mic. This does the job and is low profile. Works better than a Matthew's Baby Wall Plate for my setup. A must for easier install on a textured ceiling.

I just wish it had come with screws. Other than that, it's great. Options for a longer post would be great too.

Very pleased with this item. It provided a perfect low cost solution to mount my LED lights for streaming to my ceiling. This helps me open up space in my office area by not needing a tripod on the ground for the lights. There’s a good chance that I’ll buy more when I light my downstairs studio. Thank you!

A good, sturdy mount that's allowed me to put my studio rim lights up on the ceiling & fly all the cables up out of the way.No more tripping over cables/light stands or bumping heads when working around the back of the set.Would buy again if/when needed.

The product looks different from what posted on the ads, looks like it is not stable enough to hold the heavy strobe lights as advertised. trying to return the product but its locked for returned. RTeally frustrated with this one.

Use for ceiling mount video light with barn doors. Had to add an extension because the light was too close to ceiling to be adjusted. Will purchase again for an additional light

I got these to hang some LED light boards for my home teaching studio. They are solid medal, with mounts that mate well with photography lights. They also have the 1/4" threads as described for smaller items. Several months in, I hardly think about them anymore - exactly what I was hoping.

I needed this to mount my smaller lights to the ceiling of my log cabin studio, this is almost identical to a more established brand version yet much cheaper and does exactly the same job. It was easy to install and to use, I'd recommend it.

These are able to hold my heavy studio light in the ceiling with no issues at all. They are a wireless studio strobe with a diffuser and rechargeable battery, whole rig weights like 15 LBS and this hangs from the ceiling with no problems at all. It's super sturdy and I have no problem trusting $900 worth of equipment with it. Would buy again.

I bought three of these to mount some LED lights from the garage ceiling so I don't have to set up lights stands every time. These are great. I bought some sold bolts at the hardware store and I could probably hang a couple hundred pounds or more from these. Great product!
