This was not a direct fit. It required a good amount of work to get it in the case. I had to bend the tubes and reshape one corner of the core. It worked good when I was done.

93 Toyota Pickup 22re 4cyl 2WD. Had to bend the tube slightly for it to line up with the hole in the firewall. I would of expected it to be a direct replacement. However it has been functioning perfectly.

The evaporator outlet is not at a right angle to the back of the evaporator as pictured. For my application, 1994 Toyota pickup, the outlet tube must be as pictured. If you carefully bend the tube it will work just fine, albeit a little shorter than OEM. Hint: bend the tube before removing the nitrogen charge so you will know if you created a leak. Also it does not quite fit in the OEM evaporator box and the box has to be modified to accept this larger unit. The inlet tube is correct and the threads for both tubes were correct also. After a few adjustments, my AC is blowing cold again.TL;DR: not a perfect fit, but works after some fiddling.

I have no idea how Four Seasons and Amazon both are saying this will fit a 2005 Toyota Tacoma. This is not even close to being the right evaporator core. I spent an entire day removing my original one only to find out this one doesn't fit, so now I get to leave my truck in pieces while I find a different way to get to work on Monday. The part number on the box matches up with the one on the website, but the application is completely different. WTF Amazon, WTF?!?

I received this part in an unopened box with the correct part number. After it was installed it was discovered that one of the fittings was incorrect and would not fit the existing hose fitting......mistake in manufacturing? Wrong item in the box? Amazon promptly refunded my money and I purchased one locally where I could measure the fitting. It was just one of those things that happened and I would not hesitate to buy other parts from Amazon. The 5 star review is for Amazon service.
