Was worried it might not fit my right hand drive. But it did. The Mechanic took a day & a half, he had to completely take down the whole dash board. He couldn't get to it through the engine bay. Works great.

Let me start off by say, if you have a leaky evaporator coil in a BMW e46, it is not a simple two hour procedure to change out. It took me nearly two weeks to get this part changed out! The entire dash has to be removed and pulled out of the car, and there are some really good youtube videos on how to do this. Please research this before going any further. I did go further and this replacement part fit perfectly. As far as I can tell, its the same as the oem part.

I received an incorrect item. This evaporator was at least an inch smaller. This was very disappointing since I had to remove the entire dashboard to discover this.

I received the product damaged. It was bent and my mechanic said that there were two lines sticking out. He had to fix it before putting it in my 2005 BMW x3. Had I not needed it so urgently, I would have returned it, but it was the only weekend I could leave my car with the mechanic.

I have a 2002 BMW 330xi. Come to find out that the evaporator core was bad. Bought this one, spent my saturday removing the dash (an absolute pain) and replaced it with this one. This product works as it is suppose to. And the good part is that that it came with new seals and foam padding.
