I got this for my daughter along with some G-Form knee and elbow pads. It’s light armor so perfect for most downhill runs and riding some gnarlier trails. If you hit the bigger drops and nastier lines, you might want more but it’s perfect for my daughter’s needs.

This is a great product. Had a dirtbike crash with it. I’m 5’4” and 110 lbs and my boyfriend bought it for me. Once it’s on you it is super comfy and very helpful during slams. It’s very hard to get on alone though!!!

I ordered a medium when in most cases I am between a xs and small (5ft 115lbs). It is still tight and while it does fit comfortably, taking it off feels like removing football gear. So maybe have a friend to help.

The size runs a little small. My wife is a size small and the medium is snug on her. She field tested the D30 padding on her knee with most likely leg saving results. Thank God she hasn’t tested the back protector yet but I breathe a little easier knowing she has it on!
