I do a lot of woodworking and use my DeWalt planer regularly. These blades seem to give me the same quality of cut and last as long as the original blades, at a substantial savings.

they fit the machine, and they are sharp. overall durability I'm not sure of yet. I use them for hardwood and even the oem blades have a limited lifespans.

I thought it was supposed to be 6 blades but I only received 3 blades total.

As far as cutting they do cut. However after some tough hardwood they really dulled quickly. Noise level increased as it struggles. They do work to get you by. They install the same as original blades. Really probably better for soft woods versus hardwood. Good value for the money.

I installed the blades as normal. I don’t know if they already had a nick in the blade or they chip up easily. But first pass through with a board containing no knots and it nicked the blade in two spots. And yes since I’ve never used this brand before it was a super light pass about 1/16 of an inch. Maybe a bit less.
