Comes in a plain brown box. No instructions. I had to print out the 'inspiration' photos from the product listing. A color photo of the completed kit and the color mixing instructions would have been nice to have on the boxI received 28 suncatchers... makes me wonder whos box was shorted :-/The paint brushes supplied are 3.25" long and do not have a fine tip which makes it impossible to get into the tight corners of the designsIncluded paints: 3 pots each of dark green and light green1 pot each of red, yellow, blue, white, black and dark tealThe paint supplied does not adhere well to the plastic. One coat of paint shows very obvious brush marks. An attempt at a second coat of paint did not go well at all. As you are applying it, the first coat is re-hydrated and floats around... it is like you are starting from scratch. Even after 2 coats there are still brush marks showing (see photos). This is less of a painting project and more of a paint pushing projectThe paint required an hour to dry. You time will vary by your ambient conditionsThe listing includes a nonsensical "Item Dimensions LxWxH 0.39 x 0.39 x 0.39 inches" for the size of the suncatchers. This is of course entirely wrong as you can see in the photos they vary around 3" squareIf you plan on hanging these in a window, be aware that you have to get your own suction cups as there are none included with the kit. Also note that you have to know how to make other colors such as brown from the paint colors provided. Remember... no instructionsI would not attempt this kit with children under 7 years of age
