I got this when it was 23% off. After a month it's still working great. It has an eco mode that makes it turn on and off which can be a little jarring. I'd say it is pretty loud when on max but is okay if you aren't in a heatwave and setting it to room temp (lowest is 62F). Full price I'd say get the more recent if it is a similar price.

We used this for a stand alone office, it is a small space but get blasted by full sun and has lots of glass so it heats up fast.This unit cept it cool no problem.

I've had one summer and it works great. Cools down my 700 Sq ft condo. If you keep the cleaning and store it, it should last. Very happy

Over the years, I believe I've purchased over 5 window air units that includes the likes of LG, Danby and GE. I'll just cut to the chase. This is by far the best of them all. The install was simple, the noise is low in comparison and above all, the unit absolutely blasts and cools down a large area in no time flat. If I had to complain about anything, it would be Canada Posts useless tracking capabilities. I always dread when a seller ships with Canada Post and this time was no different. One last thing. The photos of Frigidaire units on Amazon that state white look yellowish or tan. I can tell you that this product is pure gloss white. Not a hint of anything else. I did double check this fact before ordering. Someone at this company should correct the lighting or whatever in this regard. Anyways, hope this helps anyone looking for a window air conditioner?
