Six weeks after receiving this unit, the small flimsy plastic clip on the water tank fractured. This rendered the unit inoperable. Amazon has a 30 day return policy and that return window had closed Trying to assist me, Amazon provided contact information for Frigidaire. Frigidaire would not honor their 90 day warranty as the item was purchased from Amazon. Thankfully Amazon customer support did rebate 80% of the unit cost after the unit was returned to them.

I got this for my boyfriend for Christmas. He uses it multiple times a day every day, as do I. We have a small kitchen and this fits perfectly next to our Keurig. Great option for others with limited space!

This easy to use and works well. I haven't used the frother because I have a separate frother. My only complaint is that the double shot espresso button only makes a 1 oz (single) shot. I have to brew with the double shot button twice to actually get a double shot of espresso. The cup warmer doesn't heat up, but I really don't care about that. I have been able to make tasty espresso, Americanos, and lattes quickly and easily with this machine.

This has been one of the best gifts I got for myself. This espresso machine makes its so easy to use, and the espresso tastes great. its compact, and hardly takes up any countertop space. Pretty easy to clean.For the price, it has been more than worth it. Even steaming milk has been easy. Just learning to make a barista quality drink takes practice 😊

use the right roast and it comes out good every time or at least the way I drink it. my only gripe are when it brews it vibrates a lot to where the shot cup I bought moves around on the tray. the scoop which spills a lot everywhere, I would expect it to be a one shot size and fill it twice for two shot size but its too big for one and just not big enough for two. I wish it would have come with a shot cup instead of having to but one myself
