One of the best purchases I have ever made. This saves so much space with plastic water bottles and even more space in the recycling bin. My family loves this. They fill up their Igloos, Stanley's and its a done deal. Don't worry about it being an eyesore. This water dispenser takes up little space, has a sleek design and the 5 gallon jug is hidden and out of sight. I highly recommend this for any family. Besides, you will be helping the environment with much less plastic tossed at the landfill.

Seems Okay, Fridgedaire, Swedish head office had been a US product, disappointed to find out it was made in China. We try to avoid Chinese products.

Can’t find a cup to fit cup dispenser. Only noisy when it is filling the holding area to heat or cool the water. Hot water is very hot. Overall Quality is good for the price. Easy to clean and replace water bottle.

This product has gotten very loud. It just buzzes through out the night. I can’t seem to find a resolution. The pump that extracts the water is extremely weaker than when first purchased. I would look in a different direction if your thinking about purchasing this

I have Owned coolers and rented coolers. I purchased this because I have both a Frigidaire Gallery and Stove, this was not a good purchase. So cheaply made The door doesn’t close properly and very thin plastic, for 270.00 not worth the price at all, I should have continued to Rent from Deer Park!!!!

Have I mentioned I love this dispenser? Bottom loading is great! Easy change out. Good flavor and nice cool water. Our Yorkie is spoiled now - one time of getting his water bottle filled with this water made hime turn away from water from kitchen spout. 😂 I agree with him. Worth the investment and runs quiet.

Had issues since day one. First one I received died. They sent a new one and the heater went down. Amazon sent a 3rd one. That one had the heater go out completely. Now Amazon and the customer service for the product are zero help. Don’t waste your $$$

Alot has happened when we ordered it but i will stick to more that is important to you buyers dont know who did it first between this two IGLOO and FRIGIDARE but all im going to tell you is the honest truth they are both identical in everyway how they are built height parts buttons etc. I mean really identical the difference is the price our first one igloo we bought fo 150 CA$ and this one for 300+CA $ the igloo broke down after 1 year so we wanted something more sturdy thats going to last longer so we went for more expensive and with the brand name that everyone knows but when we got it really identical we tried to return it but was turn down due to electrical parts may cause fire during transport so people be smart with this. The name of store we bought this from is iSANEK third party seller through AMAZON some pics here hope it helps out good luck

This is a great unit. Looks nice as well. The only issue I have come across are rather minor. The instruction manual is worded poorly and difficult to understand. I have also has a hard time finding cups to fit into the cup holder.
