Does not fit correctly, be ready to cut and weld if you want to use this product.Both downstream converters had their flanges clocked wrong when assembled from the factory. Left side upstream converter had the wrong hole drilled out and the wrong hole tapped with threads for a stud.Required extensive modifications to make it work.That’s being said, it included everything you need to install, gaskets, studs, washers and even a 02 sensor tool and all though I haven’t officially tested for functionality yet, the materials that it was manufactured with seem to be of decent quality.Final verdict, if you are looking for a bolt on replacement, you are looking in the wrong place.
