Decent quality unit, as far as I can tell. While I don't need to replace mine just yet, this sure appears to be what I need to do so. As for longevity, only time and miles will answer that question. Any update to this review could be a ways out... Can't find any reason to deduct stars yet!

I got this for a spare when I go on long rides in Mexico. Having a spare front CV Axle is a huge benefit. A front cv axle can still be driven if broken, but only in 2WD. Having a spare when I'm so far away from home or a shop is comforting.Compared to the OEM axle, I can hardly notice any differences. The size, width and weight are all very, very similar. It might be a little beefier than the OEM.I'm doing 700+ miles in Mexico in a few weeks. If I put this to use, I'll write a more comprehensive review. As of now, I'm very confident this axle will hold up just as good, if not better than the OEM.
