Holes line up fine with some light mod and effort. I had to trim a few holes because they had a raised edge. For a fraction of the cost of OEM this works just fine.Update 1/2t2025: I bought another set for a 2008 civic coupe and this time the bolts lined up near perfectly! Highly recommend!

Shipped out really fast. 90% of the holes lined up perfectly. I had to stretch a few of them.
