Easy replacement. Be sure to have a cheap plastic wedge tool or something similar.Release the switch panel assembly, pop out the switch with your tool. Be careful with the switch.I had damage my first one, so this is a replacement.(My fault; impatient and yanked on it…).Be gentle and this unit clips right in.Nothing but the pry tool needed. No bolts or screws to remove.Locks work great now. Thank You

I had to modify the housing in order for it to fit a truck that the instructions said it would be an exact fit on.
