Although the skewer is designed specifically for bike trainers, it did not fit my older Cycleops fluid trainer. The stationary nut fit nicely, but the diameter of the lever side was too large and only went in a few millimeters. I was afraid to tighten it further because it might damage the trainer.If it fits your trainer, this would be a good option because it appears to be fair quality, comes with the front wheel lift and is a decent price. Unfortunately, I had to return it.

It screws on, but with a bit of difficulty. The quick release doesn't really work because my bike is too wide so I had to use it more as just a screw on.
