Finally found stakes that were not outrageously priced and get the job done. Work well for our kids bounce house as all the ones that came with it are now broken. Gets the job done and they're not huge. Definitely durable.

These look good but when you screw them in the threads are so then they just pull it out. We also snapped off to the heads because they’re so brittle when you try to screw them into the ground.

We used these tent pegs to attach our guy ropes from our dining tent. The ground is pretty soft and everything else we tried came out of the ground easily. We leave our tent up for the summer and so far it has survived some really big wind storms.

We use these ground stakes to help secure Christmas lawn decorations. We were tired of storms knocking over several of our decorations, so we decided to invest in these stakes to better anchor down our decorations for when the wind and weather pick up. So far, we have faced high winds and a large dumping of snow, and they have held up. Decorations are still securely anchored. Knowing you won't have to go hunting for them down the street after lousy weather as they blow away is a good piece of mind.

This is what I was looking for... But it's still plastic, right?Didn't brake any, but beware if you have a rock of something blocking it, try another spot!Easy to install and remove!Used them for our inflatable Halloween and Xmas decorations, it's usually windy here all the time, so that's why I bought these and they are ALOT better than the plan cheap ones they supply you when you buy your decorations!Like I said, I would of given it a 5 star, but the material is still plastic, aluminum would be better! 😉

Overall, not disappointed. It does exactly what it says as well as withstanding some darn strong wind at the beach. I will admit that it does BEND if the wind is strong enough. But just ensure that it is all the way down to prevent this.Extremely satisfied though, and will continue to use these because this price can’t be beat for the quality.

These stakes work great. I use them for anchoring outdoor inflatables.Previous to using this screw-in type stake, I used thicker plastic pound-in stakes. During wintertime, I had a significant challenge malletting in (and later removing) the pound-in stakes because the ground was frozen. They also required my to remember where my mallet was. Occasionally, I would mallet the small side tab of this other style of stake and break it off. Not the end of the world, but annoying.These stakes work much better. They seem to grab the dirt pretty well without a huge amount of downward force. They can be driven without a tool (the tool provided is a large allen key, which isn't especially useful), but as you'd expect it takes a little bit of downward force. They work even in southern New England freezing temperatures and non-clay soil. They have good hold strength. They unscrew with the right level of ease. You probably want to wipe them down a little after use because the threads pick up dirt, but that's about the extent of the maintenance.I've reused them several times without real signs of wear, but not long enough to evaluate for long-term survivability.I docked them one star on sturdiness only because they aren't quite as thick and beefy as some of the thick pound-in stakes. I accidentally tripped over one and cracked it off. That's not really an indictment of the product, more of a guide for the kind of applications you might use it for. For general camping and utility work, they'd be fine.
