Installation Steps Tips:
1. Cut off the old Teflon seal near the tip of the injector.
2. Place the guide cone on the tip of the injector.
3. Push the new sealing ring onto the cone.
4. Use the installation program to push the seal into the groove of the injector.
5. Use a sizing machine tool to compress the Teflon seal to an appropriate size.
6. Done! (Kindly Noted: EN-49245 must be used to install the seal correctly and ensure that its size is correct.)

All pieces worked well except the sizer. It was not tapered, pushed the seal up the injector, and did not size properly. Compared sizer to a Kent-Moore sizer, and it will not size to the desired 7.5mm. Too small to go over seal and too big to compress to the proper size. Had it too long to return before my use for the first time. Okay price if all you need is the cones and installation tool.

added a taper to the install tool and it works like the OEM, make sure to use the smallest taper cone possible!!!

Was wondering why I kept screwing up the car seal, never resealed a GDI before. Grabbed bosses tool with same number, inside bore of resizer MUCH too small. Also one of the fingers on the slider broke pretty easily.

Worked perfectly! You have to have these tools to replace seals on a GDI injector. If you order OEM tooling, it would be way more than these and are the same quality.
